We are headquartered in Miami, FL, with a strong South American team, and have clients and partners across the US market in multiple industries. We are looking for a Product Manager located in Latin America to support a product company building an accounting system natively on Salesforce. This role is a temporary replacement (maternity leave coverage), where the Product Manager will work closely with the client’s team to ensure product continuity and execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience working on ERP or accounting products, understands complex financial workflows, and can collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager in product-driven organizations
Strong background with ERP systems and/or accounting products
Solid understanding of accounting concepts, workflows, and financial processes
Experience gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and prioritizing product work
Ability to work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment
