About The Position

The Product Manager is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact digital products and features that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. Working cross-functionally with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams, this role ensures that product strategy is translated into clear goals, actionable plans, and high-quality solutions. You will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for your product area—acting as both the voice of the customer and the liaison between business and technology teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in product management or ownership within consumer-facing digital or technology products, with 1–2 years focused on web or mobile app platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business terms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Product Management or Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PMP).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Management Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Continuously monitor the market, competitive landscape, and user trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Backlog & Prioritization Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and refine requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Discovery & Customer Insight Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and analyzing feedback, data, and pain points to inform product decisions.
  • Leverage customer insights, analytics, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement of website service offerings and digital products.
  • Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams—including design, development, QA, marketing, and customer support—to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring the team has the necessary context to deliver features that meet quality and user expectations.
  • Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business goals; approve or reject features accordingly.
  • Performance & Optimization Monitor and analyze KPIs such as adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and financial performance to guide future decisions.
  • Manage ongoing enhancements, defect fixes, and product optimizations to ensure the product evolves with customer and business needs.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy for new features or products, ensuring internal and external audiences are informed and prepared for launches.
  • Communication & Leadership Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Keep leadership informed of key developments, risks, and opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent working environment across all product team.
