About The Position

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of a Product Manager and will act as Project Manager and Business Analyst for the EHE Provide Enterprise project. This is a fast-paced initiative focused on the EHR transition for Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) and Ryan White program. Key Responsibilities: · Project Management: o Lead the initial two-month phase to review the status of the EHE and Ryan White programs. o Identify the future state and perform a thorough review of existing workflows for both the program and sub-recipients. o Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met within a fast-paced environment. · Business Analysis: o Gather and document requirements for the implementation phase. o Analyze current data and workflows to provide insights and recommendations. o Deliver clear, weekly updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks. Qualifications: · Proven experience in project management, preferably in public health or related fields. · Knowledge of PMP and Agile frameworks. · Ability to work on-site at multiple locations within the local health department. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess workflows and recommend improvements. · Excellent communication skills to provide consistent updates and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: · Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Experience with SharePoint and other collaboration tools. · Familiarity with basic project management software and documentation platforms.
