About The Position

AccuWeather is seeking a strategic and analytical Product Manager to continue growing our offerings across mobile, web, and connected platforms. This role is instrumental in executing the roadmap across our digital services, driving audience growth and revenue, and ensuring competitiveness in a fast-evolving landscape. Reporting directly to the SVP of Digital Strategy, the successful candidate will bring deep expertise in the digital media ecosystem, customer segmentation, requirements definition, pricing strategy, and cross-functional leadership. This role will focus on identifying, validating, and delivering high-impact new consumer features and experiences that drive user growth, engagement, and monetization across AccuWeather’s digital ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Media, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success in managing consumer-facing digital products across multiple platforms.
  • Deep understanding of consumer digital ecosystems and monetization models, including advertising and subscriptions.
  • Experience across product marketing, pricing, and communications, with a strong ability to resolve complex internal and external challenges.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
  • Skilled in financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver product and go-to-market strategies for digital offerings across all consumer segments.
  • Own outcome-based prioritization of initiatives and features, partnering with engineering to translate product intent into delivery plans, including active participation in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and tradeoff decisions.
  • Lead market sizing and opportunity assessment, perform customer segmentation and needs analysis, and develop GTM strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and business development—to ensure a unified approach to product development and market execution, with clear product ownership over the “why” and “what,” and close partnership with engineering on the “how.”
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities and potential threats.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making, forecast performance, and prioritize investment opportunities.
  • Define success metrics and analyze user behavior and business performance post-launch to inform roadmap and prioritization decisions.
  • Serve as a key voice in business development efforts, providing product insight and support for partnership and audience acquisition opportunities.
  • Communicate key findings, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
