About The Position

At Rue Gilt Groupe, the Product Manager of Marketing Technology is the driving force behind the evolution of our MarTech ecosystem, directly shaping how we connect 30M+ members to world-class brands. In this high-impact role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform that powers personalization and AI-driven decisioning across all member touchpoints. By acting as the vital bridge between Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering, you will translate complex business needs into scalable capabilities—enabling smarter orchestration, faster experimentation, and AI-led workflows. Your work will empower cross-functional teams and serve as a critical catalyst for our broader business objectives, driving measurable, multi-million dollar growth in both member engagement and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally supporting Marketing Technology, Lifecycle Marketing, or platform products in an e-commerce or consumer-facing environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive MarTech Strategy: Own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the marketing technology platform, effectively connecting long-term business goals with near-term execution and prioritization.
  • Translate Business Needs: Convert complex marketing requirements into clear product specifications and scalable platform solutions that drive multi-million dollar revenue and engagement impact.
  • Enable AI & Personalization: Spearhead the integration of AI-led decisioning, smarter orchestration, and faster experimentation across email, SMS, push, and emerging channels.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and external vendors, influencing and driving alignment without direct authority.
  • Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage tools like Tableau to pull and interpret data, informing product prioritization, measuring outcomes, and embedding a test-and-learn mindset into continuous platform improvement.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Clearly articulate product outcomes, roadmaps, and strategic tradeoffs to both cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
