As a Product Manager, you'll take the lead in planning and executing product strategies across the entire product lifecycle. From gathering and prioritizing customer insights to defining product vision and setting pricing, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the product’s success. Collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and marketing, you'll ensure we meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. With your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships and inspire teams, you'll drive meaningful results and lead the charge toward our top-line growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Specialist role or 2 years in a Product Management position
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and/or product management function(s)
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in interconnect products and/or the aerospace and defense sector
Responsibilities
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by competitive benchmarking, voice of customer (VoC) initiatives and on-going customer visits
- Obtain, analyze and communicate information relevant to PIC’s markets and competitors to assist in accurate and confident identification of market & product opportunities, growth strategies and market development metrics
- Drive market and product investigations and support beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Support the marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies, marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities
- Create and implement Product Management best practices to improve ROI, drive innovation, and achieve growth
- Attend industry association events to gain insight on industry trends, product development, and VOC.
- Represent PIC in a professional manner
