About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on turning big ideas into impactful solutions. In this role, you’ll lead the charge from concept to launch—shaping features and products that delight our clients and transform the lives of our members. Their main responsibility is to ensure the vision of the client and/or stakeholders is met as the Features move through the various teams. They are the single thread from ideation to launch. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, including Research & Development, Operations, Sales, and Systems, to align on vision and driving consensus across teams. You’ll partner closely with talented software development teams (Squads) to bring your product roadmap to life. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in a Product Owner/Product Manager role
  • Experience with the SAFe methodology
  • Action oriented and drives results
  • Ability to articulate product objectives to technical, operational, and business management audiences
  • Ability to understand complex technical systems and multiparty integrations
  • Optimistic problem solver
  • Resilient and driven in an ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire vision and delivery of new products and features from high-level concept to delivery.
  • Work with R&D and strategy groups to understand desired features and document their rules.
  • Create detailed scope documents which will be used by internal stakeholders to design, develop, train, and market the products.
  • Helps define feature-level key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Be an active participant in the SAFe framework processes, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, etc.
  • Define design requirements and actively participate in UX/UI design sprints to ensure designs meet business requirements and strategy.
  • Clearly communicate strategy and goals to project teams and ensuring delivery against them.
  • Engage stakeholders in research, data, and support, and coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
  • Provide input into go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and training to ensure accuracy of product features in their deliverables.
  • Suggest and prioritize enhancements to products.
