You’ll define strategy, validate hypotheses, and build solutions at the intersection of AI innovation, market networks, manufacturing, and the circular economy, shaping SPARETECH’s next generation of products. We offer you the opportunity to Own the 0→1 journey: Define vision, mission, and roadmap for new products in emerging spaces. Design for market networks: Create products that enable network effects and seamless collaboration across stakeholders. Validate product-market fit: Conduct user interviews, generate prototypes, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on insights. Build Structure: Establish backlog, roadmap, and agile ceremonies to bring clarity and momentum, in collaboration with your engineering counterparts Collaborate using AI-first principles: Partner with engineering teams to build intelligent, scalable solutions with speed. Launch GTM strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to craft positioning and drive early adoption. Measure Impact: Track adoption, quality, and business KPIs post-launch to ensure success. Champion sustainability: Embed circular economy principles into product design and lifecycle.

  • Define vision, mission, and roadmap for new products in emerging spaces.
  • Create products that enable network effects and seamless collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Conduct user interviews, generate prototypes, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on insights.

  • Partner with marketing and sales to craft positioning and drive early adoption.
  • Track adoption, quality, and business KPIs post-launch to ensure success.
  • Embed circular economy principles into product design and lifecycle.
  • Have a proven track record as a 0→1 Product Manager or Innovation PM, ideally in B2B SaaS with exposure to market networks or AI-first companies (5+ years).
  • Know how to design for marketplaces and collaborative ecosystems.
  • Can synthesize research, customer feedback, and technical trends into actionable strategy, even with limited early-stage data.
  • Possess exceptional storytelling skills to rally teams and secure buy-in across diverse audiences.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments, knowing when to pivot and when to persevere.
  • Demonstrate intellectual humility and a genuine desire to learn and adapt.
