About The Position

The position’s mission is to lead and drive profitable growth for select Air Moving product platforms through new-business development in existing and new markets . Initial p roducts include Motorized Axial Fans targeted at Data Centers and Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration, with potential to expand to other portfolios . Reporting to the Sr Director, Product Management, this will be a critical member of the PES Air Moving leadership team , responsible for making the product P&L top and bottom lines bette r, with primary duties including product value propositions , roadmap, new product development and market introduction, price positioning , product marketing strategies , and product lifecycle management . The successful candidate is action-oriented, a strong communicator, entrepreneurial, and a collaborative team player across multiple functions, balancing technical , operational, and commercial expertise .

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, Business Development , or related experience.
  • Must have a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills , resilience, and p roven ability to lead courageously, drive large cross-functional teams to success in challenging situations.
  • Must have the a bility to think outside the box to develop strategic plans and drive tactical execution .
  • Must have s trong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, interact, and influence at all levels of the organization to drive results and to interact with both internal and external customers .
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must have S trong financial and business acumen , and have the ability to analyze, interpret, and draw meaningful and accurate conclusions from data.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is preferred
  • Preferred experience in Data Centers and Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration
  • Preferred experience in Air Moving/Motorized Axial Fan solutions and/or HVAC equipment .
  • Preferred ability to conduct complex financial analyses, develop financial models, interpret P&L statements , pricing, SIOP forecast/inventory, make-buy decisions, and similar business-related concerns .
  • Preferred program and project management skills to manage a portfolio of projects with optimum cost, schedule, and quality .
  • Preferred skills in Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications.
  • Preferred experience in 80/20 complexity reduction and simplification.
  • P roven track record of progressive leadership responsibility .
