About The Position

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting product strategy, managing the new product launch process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. This role involves conducting sample tests, creating contents for internal and external purpose, training internal teams, and working closely with R&D and customer support to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or related field
• Familiarity with project management collaboration tools such as Basecamp
• Interest in techy products and high attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outdoor activities including motorcycling, cycling, and other outdoor activities are preferred
• Bi-lingual (Korean) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test samples under development, benchmark competitor products, conduct performance comparisons, and generate insights.
• Create and manage storytelling content for both new and existing products. This is used for internal training and external purposes, such as educating employees and dealers.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from development to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to manage OEM projects
• Collaborate with R&D team and Sales team to align the product specification and launch schedules.
• Screen and escalate product issues and user feedback, providing solutions to customer support or escalating to the R&D team.
• Verify technical documentation and user manuals.
• Supervisory advice in manuals and written materials for our products.
