Product Manager
About The Position
Sentara Health is seeking a Product Manager (Remote) to lead the development, enhancement, and successful launch of innovative products that elevate consumer experience and drive operational excellence. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to identify customer pain points, streamline the consumer journey, and implement solutions that improve satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. The ideal candidate brings strong product management expertise within healthcare operations, demonstrates deep understanding of market trends and healthcare technology, and excels at managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day deliverables. Experience with Salesforce—particularly Health Cloud build—and familiarity with Sentara IT procedures and SHP business processes are strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience , preferably within healthcare operations and consumer experience.
- Proven experience leading product development, enhancement, and launch initiatives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, market landscape, technology impacts, and emerging opportunities.
- Experience collaborating with IT, operations, clinical, and vendor teams to deliver product solutions.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communications, timelines, and day-to-day product execution.
