About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our SaaS application designed to help organizations manage their information security risk program. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of information security. This opportunity allows you to work as a fully remote Product Manager in a booming industry for a premier cybersecurity company headquartered in Madison, SD. SBS has a people-focused, collaborative culture, with the opportunity to work on innovative projects for thousands of organizations throughout the U.S. As the Product Manager for TRAC, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation by leading the design, development, and launch of new features—including advanced AI capabilities—across our SaaS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where emerging technologies can deliver tangible value to our customers, streamline risk management workflows, and maintain our competitive advantage in the cybersecurity industry. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS or information security industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as product manager of SaaS product(s) that include AI capabilities.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Experience within an EOS environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for our information security risk management SaaS application.
• Lead stakeholder discussions with internal and external stakeholders to help develop, refine and document the product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, audit, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
• Work closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
