About The Position

EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time Product Manager for one of our partners that is a market and innovation leader driving sustainable mobility through cutting-edge electric vehicle charging infrastructure technology. In this position, you will serve as a strategic bridge between sales and technical teams, shaping product portfolio decisions, enabling sales success, and creating compelling technical content tailored to the North American market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related technical discipline; combined business and engineering background
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical, results-oriented approach
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all work
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-paced, rapidly expanding organization
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA without the need for employer sponsorship
  • Must be available to work on-site 4 days/week at the company's office in Charlotte

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key communication link between Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams to align product strategy with customer requirements
  • Engage in strategic sales conversations, providing technical expertise and commercial analysis to strengthen proposal development
  • Collect, evaluate, and rank customer use-cases and product needs to guide portfolio strategy and decision-making
  • Perform market research and technical assessments to uncover competitive positioning, industry trends, and growth opportunities
  • Deliver technical expertise during client meetings and contribute to the development of customized proposals
  • Design effective sales enablement resources, including training programs, materials, and presentations that strengthen team performance
  • Produce and update comprehensive marketing collateral and technical documentation specifically for the North American Market
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to create compelling educational and digital content designed for customers and partners
