Evolve’s Open Banking division sits at the core of these Fintech relationships. Evolve Open Banking’s relationships and partnerships are built on our innovative products and solutions. We might be a bank, but we understand that many of the traditional financial services are outdated and put the burden on the user to figure them out. Evolve is leading the industry as a Banking as a Service (Baas) provider by designing financial products that meet users where they are and solve their needs. With great success comes great growth. As a rapidly growing division, Evolve Open Banking is looking to expand our product team to support the demand. A major function of supporting our relationships is designing solutions that make it easier for partners and customers to integrate to our products. We are looking for a forward-thinking product manager that has strong problem-solving abilities and is a highly skilled communicator. Eligible candidates are expected to have experience managing Banking as a Service (BaaS) products or Software as a Service (SaaS) equivalent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or computer science.
• Two + years working as a product manager, designing, and taking products to market.
• Two + years managing software as a service product in or related to the financial industry.
• Strong written skills, especially in terms of technical documentation, user stories, and use cases
• Expert in agile and sprint development methodologies
• Familiarity with engineering constraints and requirements
• Ability to research new topics and develop a deep understanding while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of the payments industry, providers, and processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of our customers internally
• Collect and analyze product feedback from customers
• Identify customer pain points and present solutions to the product and development teams
• Coordinate product updates across the organization, communicate impact to key stakeholders, and work with the marketing team to roll out product updates to customers.
• Maintain the product roadmap using Agile development methodologies
• Own and improve documentation templates and platforms
• Work in an agile environment while managing shifting priorities and projects
• Design products with an understanding of the environment and constraints of startup tech companies to better solve their needs
• Communicate product vision to multiple types of stakeholders, including executives, developers, customer managers, sales, etc.
