About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and technical Product Manager to join our Team. In this role, you won’t just manage a portfolio; you will be the internal voice of the customer, leveraging your technical expertise to drive the development of premium products for the Electronics, Aerospace, Life Science, and Industrial markets The Opportunity: Own the Lifecycle As our Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle—from initial concept and formulation through commercialization, tactical launch, and eventual end-of-life. You will act as the bridge between market needs and technical reality, collaborating closely with R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our solutions maintain a clear and strong value proposition across diverse customer segments.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in product management, applications engineering, or technical marketing within a manufacturing company environment .
  • A deep understanding of industrial sales with a Business to Business focus and a passion for technology, innovation, and global market dynamics.
  • The ability to analyze segmented profit and loss statements and utilize data analytics to track business trends, unit volumes, and margins.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the "leadership instincts" required to drive cross-functional teams toward success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and strategic product plans to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Conduct ongoing Voice of the Customer (VOC) research and innovation exercises to identify portfolio gaps and define business requirements.
  • Serve as the technical expert on solvent and aqueous cleaning mechanisms , contaminant removal (oils, greases, flux residues), and substrate compatibility for metals and polymers.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure products meet stringent industry standards, including Aviation (Boeing, Airbus), Electronics (IPC, J-STD) , and environmental regulations like REACH, RoHS, and TSCA .
  • Set pricing, define global sales policies, and work with marking to create high-impact sales tools, including application notes, brochures, and web content.
  • Leverage the renowned ITW Business Model (80/20, USa, and PLS) to drive decision-making and cost savings.
