Product Manager

Origin
Remote

About The Position

As a Product Manager at Origin, you’ll turn strategic initiatives into shipped products. You’ll translate company and clinical priorities into clear product milestones with well-defined acceptance criteria, then drive execution across engineering, data, compliance, and clinical ops to get them across the finish line. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll own the product backlog, run engineering ceremonies, manage incoming data and analytics requests, and own Origin’s implementation process for launching new features and internal workflows. We’re looking for someone who bridges strategy and execution — you can take a high-level goal, break it into concrete deliverables, define what “done” looks like, and keep a cross-functional team moving toward it. You’re data driven, user centric, and incredibly organized. This role is remote, located in the United States. Only individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States can apply.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in product management, technical project management, or a similar role bridging strategy and delivery.
  • Experience with AI for making yourself and your teams more efficient.
  • You can take an ambiguous initiative and turn it into a concrete plan — milestones, acceptance criteria, owners, and timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can run a meeting, write a clear status update, and keep stakeholders aligned without overcomplicating things.
  • Naturally organized with a system that works for you and scales when priorities shift.
  • Comfortable helping teams prioritize competing requests and holding people accountable to timelines.
  • Sharp attention to detail (you don’t miss the little details, they matter. You’ve probably noticed a missing period or two in this post.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agile or scrum practices is a plus.
  • Experience working with software development teams is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • User centricity, passionate about our mission and women’s health.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Strategy into Product Milestones: Take broad strategic initiatives and break them into scoped, sequenced product milestones with clear owners, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Define Acceptance Criteria: Write precise acceptance criteria for features and projects so engineering, clinical ops, and stakeholders share the same definition of done.
  • Track Progress and Report Status: Own milestone tracking end-to-end — surface risks early, keep stakeholders informed through regular check-ins, and ensure commitments are met across the organization.
  • Run Engineering Ceremonies: Own sprint planning, standups, and retros — keeping engineering focused and unblocked.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery: Drive projects that span engineering, compliance, data, and clinical ops, ensuring alignment and clear ownership across teams.
  • Manage the Company-Wide Implementation Process: Own the end-to-end process for launching new features and internal processes, from requirements through rollout.
  • Triage Data Requests: Coordinate incoming data and analytics requests, prioritizing and routing them so the right work gets done at the right time.

Benefits

  • Premium medical, dental, vision insurance, so that you can feel secure in your health and financial future
  • 15 days PTO + 9 paid Holidays so that you can embrace a healthy work-life balance
  • We support our employees during life-changing moments with a paid parental leave program, ensuring you have the time you need to bond with your new addition and adjust to family life.
  • Annual Origin Physical Therapy Stipend
