The Product Manager supports the APMO organization by helping deliver a continually forecasted IT roadmap that reflects all internal and external demand across the enterprise. They’ll focus on the Observability space, encompassing technologies that enable detection through correction, with a meaningful impact on solution health, legacy retirement, and adoption of new capabilities that maximize business value. They’re responsible for defining and supporting solutions that are desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable, delivering value to the right Customers and Stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. The Product Manager collaborates with a wide range of People to identify Customer needs, shape program vision, and develop roadmaps and features that align technology investment with enterprise priorities. This DFW-based role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in an approved remote location within the DFW area. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
