About The Position

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of OWC’s product lines across multiple categories. This role is responsible for defining what we build and why, ensuring every product aligns with customer needs, business goals, and market direction. You will work closely with the SVP of Product to shape the strategic direction of your assigned category or categories, build a clear roadmap, and drive products forward through every stage of development. You will also utilize a gate-based development process to track progress, align teams, and bring in the right stakeholders at key checkpoints. Senior Product Managers are responsible for the success of products throughout their lifecycles. While engineering focuses on how a product is built, the Senior Product Manager focuses on what to build and why. Their job is to bridge customer needs, business priorities, and technical execution, while mentoring and guiding junior product managers.
