About The Position

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who is excited about building and delivering AI-powered products that create real business impact. This role goes beyond traditional product management: you will own not only the roadmap, but also the outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of AI capabilities, customer needs, and business strategy to deliver products that meaningfully improve how our customers operate. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about AI, enthusiastic about applying it to real-world problems, and motivated by measurable results. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and energized by building in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

Strong interest in AI technologies and their real-world applications.
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to build from scratch.
Track record of owning outcomes, not just delivering features.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-informed decisions.
Passion for learning, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of what AI can do.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with AI assisted coding (Claude Code, Cursor etc).
Background in startups or early-stage product environments.
Experience shipping AI-enabled features or products.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch to iteration.
Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and business outcomes.
Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful value for customers and translate them into product initiatives.
Use experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
Champion the use of AI both within the product and internally across workflows.
Define clear success metrics and be accountable for product performance, adoption, and business impact.
Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their workflows, problems, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
Move quickly from idea to prototype to production, balancing speed with quality.
