About The Position

MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. Our mission is to help care teams deliver better dining experiences with less effort. We’re a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Director, Product , you’ll be driving strategy, discovery, and delivery across key domains such as clinical, culinary and procurement outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in product management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech.
• A strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience operating in multiproduct, fast-growing environments.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer-facing team
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned domain area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and resource constraints
• Conduct deep customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, Sales, CX, and SMEs.
• Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and product priorities.
• Lead go to market readiness and collaborate with Marketing and Sales enablement.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and roadmapping/prioritization tools (e.g., value vs. effort, this-or-that analysis).
