The Opportunity Most product managers inherit someone else's roadmap. You’d be writing ours from scratch. Release Recovery is building a digital platform to transform how addiction and mental health recovery care is delivered — and we’re looking for the person who will turn that vision into a real, thriving product. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage a backlog. It’s a role for a builder: someone who gets energy from a blank whiteboard, knows how to turn ambitious ideas into structured, shippable plans, and is thinking about product-market fit, sustainable growth, and long-term platform value from day one. Over the next few years, you’ll take this product from concept to platform. That means doing the hard, unglamorous work of early discovery just as much as the exciting work of shipping features that meaningfully improve people’s lives. You’ll own both. If you’re the kind of PM who finds “the product doesn’t fully exist yet” thrilling rather than terrifying — read on. Joining our team means being part of a mission-driven organization redefining how substance use and mental health are understood and treated. At Release, recovery is about growth, connection, and long-term transformation—and the work you do here directly contributes to that impact. In this role, you will: Work alongside respected thought leaders in the recovery space Make a direct, meaningful impact on individuals and families Help shape product strategy, culture, and execution from the ground up with real ownership Be part of a long-term build, growing with the product from early stages to a scalable platform
