Ziosk is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join our Product team. The Product Manager will contribute to the overall success of several Ziosk products, with a focus on integration with online point of sale systems, loyalty programs, and techniques for handling customer data. This role supports Ziosk’s Platform & Integrations product strategy with an emphasis on applying AI driven capabilities to enhance reliability, personalization, and automation across our ecosystem. You will collaborate across integration initiatives- working closely with developers, designers, QA, data scientists, and business stakeholders- to ensure our products leverage AI and data to meet the evolving needs of restaurant operators and their guests. You must be able to understand the business requirements of all key stakeholders and translate them into intelligent, data-informed product experiences that drive measurable guest engagement. You bring the ability to bring order to complexity, using structured thinking, analytical rigor, and a strong understanding of how AI and machine learning can streamline workflows, improve decision making, and unlock new value for customers. Exceptional communication, organizational excellence, and proactive time management skills are essential as you operate in a fast-moving environment where both technology and customer expectations evolve rapidly driven capabilities to enhance reliability, personalization, and automation across our ecosystem.
