As a Product Manager at RTO National, you will serve as a strategic liaison bridging the gap between business operations teams and solution implementation teams, including Software Development, Business Intelligence, and IT. This pivotal role encompasses owning the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle from a business perspective. You will partner with department leads to gain a deep understanding of organizational goals, translating them into clear and actionable product requirements. Your expertise will ensure that project delivery aligns seamlessly with these objectives. Acting as the central point of communication, you will drive alignment, visibility, and confidence among all project stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence that is essential for the success of our initiatives in the finance industry. Requirements

Experience in stakeholder engagement
Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements
Owning the end-to-end feature lifecycle from concept to delivery
Strong project management skills
Ability to serve as the face of the product to the operations teams
Collaboration with leadership is vital for maintaining a transparent and strategic product roadmap

Ensuring alignment across all teams regarding scope, timelines, and business goals
Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
5+ years in a Product Management, Business Analysis, or related role, preferably in an agile software development environment.
