We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a team in developing digital product solutions for Coforma's partners. Coforma is seeking a Digital Product Manager who is comfortable working across policy, technology, and human-centered design. Product Managers at Coforma are the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and are responsible for driving a shared vision both within the team and across partners. They collaborate with partners in research, design, engineering, project management, and account management to deliver iterative value to both the user and the business. In this role, you’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery to deployment. You’ll be a key voice on the project team, transforming high-level contract objectives into a roadmap that balances regulatory compliance with a seamless user experience. This is a remote-first position. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience in digital product management in a cross-functional, agile environment. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication, leadership, and technical product skills, as you will be working to translate the needs of users and the business into digital product features. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the consulting mindset, user-centered prioritization, and the ability to build trust with a wide variety of stakeholders in a complex organization. If you’re passionate about improving lives through digital products and services, then Coforma is a great company for you. This is a US-based remote position open to applicants in specific US states. Some travel will be required. In your first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, meet stakeholders, engage in discovery, dive into legacy systems and roadmaps, review sprint/PI goals, refine user stories, and shadow a sprint cycle. After 60 days, you will become a quasi-expert on your product, build relationships, make technical product decisions, translate requirements into a backlog and roadmap, and facilitate backlog refinement and PI planning. After 90 days, you will refine the long-term product vision and assume full responsibility for the role.
