About The Position

Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers. The company is involved in daily transactions such as credit card swipes, mobile app payments, and ATM withdrawals. As a Product Manager on Fiserv’s Gift and Stored Value team, this role involves owning products that power gift cards, prepaid accounts, and loyalty experiences at scale. The Product Manager will lead strategy and execution end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience delivering digital products end to end (fintech, payments, or eCommerce preferred).
• Strong Agile experience and comfort working closely with engineering teams.
• A data‑driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• A self‑starter attitude with a passion for building customer‑centric products.
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with stored value, loyalty, payments, or SaaS platforms.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions around APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and usability testing.
• Interest in emerging fintech and commerce trends.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap, managing the full lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Marketing, and Sales to deliver high‑quality enhancements on time.
• Translate client feedback, market trends, and data into prioritized features that drive engagement and value.
• Manage backlogs and sprints using Agile practices to iterate quickly and ship meaningful improvements.
• Track adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction to guide roadmap and feature decisions.
• Support go‑to‑market efforts with strong launch plans, enablement, and post‑release feedback loops.
• Stay current on payments, stored value, and loyalty trends, representing the product internally and with clients.
