As the Product Manager you are responsible for managing and executing the digital experiences and technologies that support our growth. You will be a key partner to achieve our growth targets – and will design and own digital experiences, technology, and processes - including integrations with partners. As a key-leader on our cross-functional team, you will be co-accountable for our OKRs. You will provide organizational vision, leadership and strategy for our processes and products. You will be deeply hands on with the related technology (ensuring exceptional product day-to-day administration, data quality, user support) as well as establishing the long term vision, managing the overall roadmap enhancements, including system architecture, custom development, data integration, and ongoing release management. To be successful in this role, you must both have terrific operational skills and be able to think strategically about how the products can further enhance our business and how to successfully integrate acquired firms. A successful candidate will act like “employee #2” at a fast-moving startup and think like a “Growth CTO” for an established industry leader.
