About The Position

Foresite is seeking a strategic and process-driven Product Manager to help establish, define, and scale our product management function. You will be a foundational member of our product team. You will not just manage products—you will help define how we build them. What You'll Do: Your primary focus will be creating the standard operating procedures for our product lifecycle, from standardizing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to establishing rigorous customer feedback loops and leading Customer Advisory Boards (CABs). You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, and our Security Operations Center (SOC) to gather functional requirements and ensure our managed services and Google Security integrations continuously deliver exceptional value to our customers. Product Standardization & Processes Define Product Standards: Help establish and maintain the "Foresite Way" of product management, creating templates and best practices for the entire product lifecycle. Author & Standardize PRDs and Product Lifecycle documentation: Create clear, comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering execution, focusing on functional requirements and workflows (Note: this role does not own UI/UX design). Additionally, product lifecycle documentation will be used to further expedite product initiatives. Documentation for customer review, UX/CX feedback, and implementation scheduling will be vital for delivery of roadmap items and course correction. Roadmap Management: Assist in developing, maintaining, and communicating a standardized product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market demands. Customer Engagement & Voice of the Customer Customer Advisory Boards (CABs): Establish, facilitate, and manage Foresite’s Customer Advisory Boards to gather strategic insights, validate roadmaps, and build strong relationships with key clients. Feedback Prioritization: Design and implement a systematic framework for collecting, reviewing, and prioritizing customer feedback from various channels (Sales, Support, SOC, direct customer interviews). Market Research: Continuously monitor the Managed Security Services (MSSP) landscape and the Google Security ecosystem to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages. Cross-Functional Leadership Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (Engineering, SOC) and Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Marketing). Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Partner with product marketing to ensure successful product launches, defining value propositions, and ensuring internal teams are trained on new features and services. Data-Driven Decisions: Define and track product KPIs to measure the success, adoption, and profitability of our cybersecurity offerings. Who You Are: Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the B2B technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity space. Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. Specific experience with Managed Security Services (MSSP) or Google Security Products (e.g., Google SecOps, Chronicle, Mandiant) is highly preferred. Process Builder: Proven experience creating product management frameworks, PRDs, and prioritization matrices from scratch. Customer-Centric: Demonstrated success in running customer interviews, focus groups, or Customer Advisory Boards (CABs).
