About The Position

We are looking for a strategic, customer-centric, and execution-focused Product Manager to evolve and scale our products with a focus on both content strategy and technical product development . You’ll lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, content, and marketing to shape product experiences that are both delightful, supports customers’ goals, and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Education or related field required. Masters' degree preferred
  • 4+ years of product management experience, with B2B and B2C experience
  • Strong background in content-driven assessment products , editorial strategy, or content operations
  • Familiarity with technical product development — including but not limited to working with and developing APIs, CMS platforms and/or personalization engines
  • Experience with agile methodologies and user research techniques
  • Product Management
  • Strong Communication and Leadership skills
  • Strong organization and project management ability
  • Understanding of AI tools and user research skills, integrating them into content and product development

Responsibilities

  • Cross Functional Leadership: Lead alignment across product, vendors, technology and marketing to execute product vision and delivery
  • Strategic Execution: Build consensus for content and product direction and help drive coordinated execution across teams.
  • Create and execute against product roadmaps and companywide strategic initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and drive the content strategy — including content areas, format, tone, structure, and delivery mechanisms — that meets consumer needs and improves customer acquisition and referrals.
  • Serve as voice of the customer, using research and feedback to translate user needs into requirements and product & content roadmaps.
  • Understand tech stack and capabilities; deliver enhancements where required.
  • Establish & monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform future enhancements.
  • Conduct market segmentation exercises to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
