As a Product Manager at BigHand, you will lead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of enterprise B2B software products within a broader suite. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, customer empathy, data fluency, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring product strategy is aligned to BigHand’s broader company strategy and commercial objectives. You’ll also need to be comfortable working with a range of data sources from revenue performance to user behavior to qualitative feedback to support hypotheses, validate direction, and shape product decisions. You’ll need to be skilled at engaging deeply with clients to uncover needs and understand business context quickly, whether in the legal sector or across other professional services. Comfort with transitions, whether it's cloud adoption, platform evolution, or moving clients between products is helpful, as many of our customers are at different stages of technical readiness and adoption. This is a leadership role where you’ll work cross-functionally with, engineering, sales, marketing, design and client success teams to ensure the product vision is understood, the strategy is clear, and initiatives stay aligned. While you will be partnered with a Product Owner to help manage the backlog and delivery processes, you are ultimately accountable for ensuring your product delivers meaningful business and customer outcomes.
