Requirements

Degree in a relevant subject area.
6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Healthcare or Financial Services.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Databricks, Power BI, and Salesforce.
Understanding of business process modeling and Agile software development.
Excellent communication skills across all organization levels.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to present ideas effectively.
Experience in user feedback and mentoring team members.
Knowledge of product management principles.

Responsibilities

Deliver business value through a prioritized roadmap.
Lead end-to-end delivery of product enhancements.
