About The Position

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant subject area.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Healthcare or Financial Services.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Databricks, Power BI, and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of business process modeling and Agile software development.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organization levels.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Experience in user feedback and mentoring team members.
  • Knowledge of product management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of product enhancements.
