About The Position

The Product Manager will be a key member of Dr. Squatch's Digital Product team, supporting our ecommerce growth initiatives across our subscription and one-time purchase businesses. This role will work closely with Senior Product Managers to build and execute against our Product Roadmap, directly impacting conversion rates, customer retention & LTV, and subscription acquisition. This role requires hands-on experience in ecommerce digital product management, ideally within Shopify environments. You'll be working across our full tech stack—including Shopify, Recharge, Pack Digital CMS, Heap Analytics, Kameleoon, Klaviyo, Postscript, and other Shopify applications, to deliver product experiences that drive measurable business growth. This role will report to the Associate Director of Product Management, Ecommerce. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 to $120,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce digital product management, ideally with Shopify
  • STEM background and education valued
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics and what drives them, you know what CAC, LTV, CVR, and AOV mean without having to ask ChatGPT
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools (Shopify, subscription platforms, analytics tools, experimentation platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, you're a natural unifier of information and can drive cross-functional alignment
  • Self-motivated and driven with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Genuine passion for ecommerce and selling things on the internet
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Product Managers in executing priority roadmap projects and initiatives focused on ecommerce business growth
  • Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define product scope, success metrics, and implementation details
  • Conduct data analysis using Heap Analytics to identify opportunities and measure product performance against key metrics (CVR, LTV, AOV, CAC)
  • Coordinate and participate in product design and engineering feedback sessions to ensure high-quality execution
  • Work directly with designers and engineers to deliver product features for one-time purchases, subscriptions, and bundles
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through A/B testing and experimentation using Kameleoon and Pack Digital CMS
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Digital Product, Growth, Engineering, and Design teams
  • Monitor and optimize the customer experience across our ecommerce platform, with a focus on subscription acquisition and retention
  • Contribute to roadmap planning by surfacing insights, opportunities, and customer needs
