About The Position
The Product Manager at Impact Confections is responsible for overseeing the product commercialization process for the Warheads® and Melster Candies® brands. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and budget-friendly product launches, from conception to market introduction. The Product Manager will engage with key stakeholders, manage product development, evaluate market trends, and maintain product specifications throughout the lifecycle. This hybrid position requires on-site presence at the Janesville, WI facility at least once a week.
