Being part of the global Freudenberg Group, our company is a leading producer of advanced sealing technologies for automotive and general industries. Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp. in Japan, is headquartered in Plymouth, MI, operates more than 20 facilities and employs about 4,700 people across the Americas. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and implementing improvements required to meet business objectives. This role involves researching and documenting market data, identifying new product opportunities, and compiling data into a new product funnel for derivative and breakthrough products. You will prioritize product enhancements and collaborate closely with business partners and key stakeholders to deliver and maintain those enhancements. Additionally, you will understand pricing activity and policy, using financial analysis tools to make informed strategy and product decisions. You will work cross-functionally with all departments to support all phases of new product launches and develop dynamic product testing, including the creation of test specifications and physical testing apparatus. Furthermore, you will provide support in resolving technical product quality issues through failure mode analysis and validation.
