About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will define the product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals and market needs. You will develop a product roadmap outlining key milestones, features, and timelines. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points will be part of your responsibilities. You will gather and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, and work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth product development and delivery. Additionally, you will define product features, create detailed specifications, and manage the product backlog, overseeing the design and development process to ensure the product meets functional, usability, and performance standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field, ideally in a tech or software company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Good domain understanding of the Railways industry with hands-on experience in Flight Manager.
  • Understanding of Amtrek, Non-Amtrek, and TTS.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and technologies, preferably Agile methodologies.
  • Some knowledge of .NET frameworks is beneficial.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and feedback through direct interaction, surveys, and analytics.
  • Ensure that the product delivers a high-quality user experience and satisfies customer expectations.
