About The Position

As a Product Manager- Battery and Chargers, you'll be part of our Craftsman team working as a hybrid employee in Towson, MD. You'll get to define and implement product strategies for the Batteries and Chargers of our cordless systems. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning. Develop technical expertise in lithium-ion battery cell technologies. Work closely with engineering, category management, marketing, and sales teams to bring new products to market, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact and customer value. Assist category and marketing teams in the creation of marketing materials and sales tools, including product specifications, presentations, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to recommend adjustments to product line strategies. Support the management of the product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life, including SKU rationalization and inventory management. Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve product-related issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the power tools, hardware, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities
