About The Position

TEAM is looking for a Product Manager who is a strong team-leader capable of delivering innovative solutions to complex problems for our tech-enabled service business. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our technical product vision and strategy. Your primary goal will be to create the product roadmap, get stakeholder buy-in, and then lead the delivery of new product offerings to our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's business objectives using Salesforce and other tools and systems
• Work closely with Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Customer Officer (CCO), and other Executive Team members to align strategic priorities with product offerings
• Lead and inspire a technical team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support in the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Partner with engineering team as the 'voice of the customer' for our internal technical teams
• Oversee end-to-end product development process, including requirements gathering and prioritization, design, development, testing, and release. Ensure this is done on time and within budget
