About The Position

The position involves defining and executing product strategy and requirements for Zoom's unified collaboration platform, particularly focusing on enabling customers to adopt, onboard, deploy, manage, and administer Zoom Phone business telephony solutions. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in Product Management, driving Enterprise SaaS, communication, and collaboration.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in domain experience in user management and onboarding for cloud-based services.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in industry experience with existing cloud or premise-based enterprise unified communications platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy and requirements for Zoom's unified collaboration platform.
  • Enable customers to adopt, onboard, deploy, manage, and administer Zoom Phone business telephony solutions.
  • Use deep understanding of communications and collaboration market to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Facilitate integration with third party applications, platforms, and go to market partners.
  • Work with sales, support, and customer success teams to ensure the product is well positioned, well understood, and well supported.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to delight customers.
  • Translate customer needs into well-defined user stories, business requirements and functional requirements.
  • Own, define and groom product backlogs, working with development and design teams to drive agile delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with other product managers, product marketing and multiple cross functional teams.
  • Track product KPIs and analyze product usage data to identify trends.
  • Be the leading expert on your product.
  • Actively evaluate competitive and adjacent products.
  • Understand industry trends and evolutions.
  • Work closely with leading customers and stakeholders.
