We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead full-scope product management for an internal product team. In this role, you will translate user needs into product solutions, partner cross-functionally to bring them to life, and ensure they deliver measurable business impact. You will lead a team of data engineers, software engineers, data analysts and data scientists, driving strategic planning, road mapping, sprint management, delivery, communications and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Product Management in the B2B Iaas or Saas space
  • Experience with Agile Product Management, Roadmapping & Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder alignment
  • Intermediate SQL experience – able to write complex queries and work with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel & Data Analysis experience – strong skills in pivot tables and vlookups
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment, balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Independent self-starter, able to execute with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Data Cloud Familiarity – experience with GCP, Snowflake, and AWS S3, plus understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Data Modeling – familiarity with dimensional modeling, normalization, and schema design best practices
  • Data Analytics background – comfortable analyzing and interpreting data to inform product decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own weekly sprint planning, monthly alignment meetings, quarterly roadmapping
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and stakeholder needs
  • Define the vision, goals, and KPIs for the Enrichment team’s products.
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, software engineers, data analysts, and data scientists.
  • Ensure clear communication of priorities, goals, and timelines across the team.
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, analytics, and business teams.
  • Prepare and present product updates, roadmaps, and results to executives.
  • Support executive-level cost tracking and reporting to guide budget decisions.
  • Maintain transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
