Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management for a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from concept through release.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fully remote environment.
• Hands-on experience working directly with development teams in agile environments.
• Comfort with modern product design and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma, Vercel’s v0.dev, or similar).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with public-sector or compliance-driven products is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of new products, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate customer and market insights into clear, actionable product plans.
• Collaborate daily with engineering to plan and manage agile sprints and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Partner with leadership to shape the product roadmap and prioritize development initiatives.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align product development with market needs and feedback.
• Conduct user testing and continuously refine products based on real-world use and feedback.
