This role is the connective tissue between business strategy and technology delivery, ensuring our platform roadmap delivers frictionless experiences for advisors and clients while meeting compliance and operational standards. Profile Summary Voya is hiring a Product Manager / Business Analyst to shape the future of Wealth Management platforms. You'll own the roadmap, translate strategy into features, and partner across tech and business teams to deliver advisor-centric solutions. Ideal candidates bring product leadership, Agile expertise, and a passion for digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management or business analysis within financial services, preferably wealth or retirement platforms.
  • Skills: Agile delivery, backlog management, user story writing, stakeholder facilitation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Technical fluency: Understanding of APIs, data models, and integration patterns; ability to partner effectively with engineers and architects.
  • Compliance awareness: Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting wealth platforms (FINRA, SEC, cybersecurity).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field

  • Advanced degree or certifications (CSPO, SAFe) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap - Define and maintain the multi-year platform development roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with near-term deliverables.
  • Translate vision into features - Break down epics into actionable features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Drive discovery & design - Lead workshops with advisors, operations, compliance, and tech teams to capture requirements and design intuitive workflows for onboarding, trading, reporting, and planning tools.
  • Partner across teams - Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and vendor partners (e.g., Orion, Salesforce FSC) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with Voya's SDLC and Agile governance.
  • Ensure compliance & resiliency - Embed FINRA/SEC and cybersecurity standards into feature design; support architecture reviews and change advisory processes.
  • Measure impact - Define KPIs for adoption, NPS, and digital engagement; monitor performance and iterate based on analytics and advisor feedback.
