About The Position
At Delta Air Lines, we create world-class digital experiences that are customer-focused, innovative, easy-to-use and customer satisfaction-enhancing. The Digital Product Management team works with the technology team to enhance and create new experiences on delta.com and the Fly Delta Apps. As a Product Manager, you'll partner with internal stakeholders to help create a powerful, personalized, one-stop-shop for all facets of the customer travel ribbon. The Product Manager will help create and lead the product roadmaps across Digital channels and external stakeholders. You'll review product performance using various analytics tools and identify new opportunities for growth while keeping stakeholders up-to-date and build consensus around the initiatives you're pursuing. Candidates will need strong skills in cross enterprise stakeholder management and decision making, building relationships, having a bias toward action and taking products to market quickly on behalf of Delta's customers.
