The Product Manager, Telehealth, CAPLYTA will lead marketing strategy & sales execution for the telehealth channel within the mental health ecosystem.

Requirements

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or training is required
  • Strong leadership, project management and executive communication skills required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to be proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required
  • Neuroscience experience preferred.
  • This role is based in Titusville NJ and requires up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the contract telehealth virtual sales team, owning end‑to-end program management and day‑to-day account relationships to drive performance against channel objectives.
  • Own the development, training, and deployment of marketing resources that enhance customer engagement and improve overall virtual sales channel effectiveness.
  • Partner with Insights & Analytics to define requirements and build systems, tools, and performance dashboards that enable data‑driven decision-making and execution.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale new marketing tactics using a test‑and-learn approach to optimize virtual sales team (VST) performance and customer impact.
  • Actively contribute to team culture, collaboration, and integration
