The Operational Excellence Construction Technology team is redefining the building lifecycle through people, partnerships and technology. We bring product discipline to operational problems and scale validated innovations, so field teams realize measurable value. This Product Manager role sits at the intersection of emerging technology and enterprise operations and will drive the transition from successful proof-of-concept to disciplined, enterprise-scale products. As the Product Manager for Strategic Technology Scaling and Adoption you will own the product lifecycle for developing and emerging construction technologies — the tools that have proven value in pilots and are ready for operational enterprise scaling. You will create and run the post-pilot-to-scale model, define readiness gates and success metrics, own roadmaps for strategic scaling technologies, and align cross-functional organizations (Suffolk Technologies, IT, Change Management, Operations) to deliver sustained operational value. This is a product-first role: you set what to scale, why, and how success will be measured. You will collaborate directly with Regional Construction Technology Associates to execute the field deployments to collect and implement feedback.
