About The Position

This will be a "Bridge-to-Product" specialist role. You will ensure Core Integrations remains top priority while simultaneously architecting the platform's future (extensibility) so that sales engineering can eventually take over the "solutioning" heavy lifting.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing roadmaps and delivery of direct integrations into core banking systems.
  • Ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable platform "hooks."
  • Experience in defining and prioritizing requirements for platform's extensibility layer.
  • Proficiency in building "Developer/Solutioner Toolkit" including APIs, SDKs, and configuration UI.
  • Experience in developing unified integration gateways and standardized data mapping tools.
  • Knowledge of architectural blueprints and ensuring capabilities are built for high-scale, cross-ecosystem interoperability.
  • Understanding of platform modernization and AI/Agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Ecosystem Integration team to manage the roadmap and delivery of direct integrations into core banking systems, ensuring no disruption to active implementation workstreams.
  • Actively help the recruitment and onboarding of a new product manager/business analyst (BA) specialized in core integrations to transfer domain knowledge and transition once fully onboarded.
  • Serve as the primary product interface between Large Financial Institution (LFI) clients and the Engineering team, translating complex enterprise requirements into scalable platform "hooks."
  • Define and prioritize the requirements for the platform's extensibility layer, enabling the system to handle complex requirements needed by LFIs.
  • Specifically build the "Developer/Solutioner Toolkit" (APIs, SDKs, and configuration UI) that will allow Sales Engineering to solution and customize workflows for LFIs without requiring core engineering sprints.
  • Transition from "performing" custom integrations to "building" the product capabilities that make those integrations self-service; this includes developing the unified integration gateway and standardized data mapping tools.
  • Contribute to the "A4" architectural blueprint by ensuring all new capabilities are built for high-scale, cross-ecosystem interoperability, specifically preparing the platform for future modernization and AI/Agentic frameworks.
  • Ensure successful hiring and training of the new Business Analyst and the stability of Benny’s workstream (Months 0–4).
  • Deliver the first set of Extensibility "Hooks" and the initial LFI MVP (Months 4–9).
  • Transition into a pure Enterprise PM role where success is measured by the ability of Sales Engineering to close LFI deals using the tools built (Month 9+).

  • Exciting career opportunity
  • Competitive compensation
