This role is vital for enabling seamless, plug-and-play integration with a growing ecosystem of third-party partners, accelerating net add growth, and protecting the velocity of strategic in-flight programs. The position operates at the intersection of customer needs, technical feasibility, and business strategy, owning the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery for scalable, durable, future-proof API capabilities. The Sr. Technical Product Manager will partner deeply across business and engineering teams to secure alignment, drive execution, and deliver high-impact platforms and services that produce measurable business outcomes. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, blending customer empathy, technical depth, and business acumen. Responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmaps, leading end-to-end delivery, anticipating industry direction, and guiding cross-functional teams. The role involves writing capabilities and features that translate strategy into actionable engineering work, running agile ceremonies, managing backlog priority, and representing the product to executive leadership and external partners. Additionally, the individual will be accountable for the financials of their initiatives, including time entry, Jira hygiene, and capitalization impact.
