As our Product Manager – Service, you’ll drive the strategy for our portfolio of aftermarket services, ensuring customers receive long-term value while shaping the business’s service direction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or service within industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B services.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience shaping service offerings, influencing pricing, and supporting commercial decisions.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to balance technical, operational, and business inputs.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with aftermarket service models, industrial IoT, or remote service platforms.
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, or service management systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax).
  • Knowledge of recurring revenue models, outcome-based service contracts, predictive maintenance, or warranty modeling.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in consulting or accounting firms focused on product/market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer pain points and market opportunities to develop differentiated service offerings.
  • Perform competitive analysis and uncover portfolio gaps, including design, cost, and supplier opportunities.
  • Lead ideation, scoping, and business case development for new service products.
  • Translate customer needs and market trends into offerings such as diagnostics, digital monitoring, operator training, and uptime programs.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to inform pricing models, bundling strategies, and commercial approach.
  • Shape and maintain the service portfolio roadmap, tracking adoption, renewals, and performance metrics to guide improvements.
  • Refresh high-value offerings and phase out underperforming ones as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing to deliver integrated service solutions.
  • Support commercial enablement with training, value messaging, and go-to-market resources.
  • Lead pilots, capture feedback, and refine offerings through agile iteration.
