About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to join our product manager leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping the foundation of our product ecosystem and driving the commercialization of the Stellarus Technology Innovation Platform that powers our marketplace and partnerships. You will work closely with technology, operations and partnership leaders to define and execute a platform strategy that is market-competitive, scalable, and aligned with our overall product vision. Stellarus is designed to ease the burden of point solutions and replaces the fragmentation and lock-in of legacy payer technology with a unified data layer and AI-driven orchestration platform. Instead of maintaining dozens of point-to-point integrations, plans plug in once to Stellarus and gain a clean, scalable way to adopt new vendors and capabilities. Requirements

Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12+ years of prior relevant experience.
Requires highest knowledge and mastery of Product Management for a technology solution, with zero-to-one experience building product teams and offerings.
Requires advanced knowledge of healthcare industry, including provider, health plan, and health plan operations.
Requires experience in engineering, data science/AI or similar technical roles.
Requires strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills.
Requires experience in platform product management and leading strategic initiatives.
Requires demonstrated ability to work closely with technology teams, solving complex problems and driving outcomes.
Requires strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge business and technology.
Requires ability to communicate effectively with leadership and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic and entrepreneurial leader, driving platform strategy, definition, and roadmap.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and business teams to understand, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Operate with speed and decisiveness, making informed decisions that incorporate cross-functional input and position the platform for long-term success.
Ensure the platform supports our product portfolio, marketplace initiatives, and partnership strategy.
Champion innovation and foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Head of Product management to define and own commercial product and platform strategy and roadmap to enable scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Manage business dependencies across products and ensure seamless integration with platform services.
Partner with engineering and design to translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure on time and at cost delivery of the Stellarus platform.
Help define the market and competitive framework for Stellarus and inform roadmap based on market and competition.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and market trends.
