The Technical Product Manager will collaborate with internal Marketing and Sales stakeholders, operations teams, and end users to understand their processes and pain points. This role focuses on collecting and prioritizing key business requirements to support the technology solution roadmap, particularly within Salesforce CRM. The Product Manager will work closely with business teams, other Product Managers, and technical teams to design and develop solutions that enhance customer experiences, specifically in the Sales domain.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their business initiatives and problems
  • Partner with developers to implement solutions for business needs and issues
  • Define Salesforce requirements for agreed upon business solutions
  • Communicate and align with internal partners on plans and launches
  • Partner with other teams that own and manage integrated systems
  • Support the day-to-day operations of multiple CRMs and resolve reported issues
  • Analyze internal customer feedback, reported issues, product performance, and recommend potential solutions based on analysis
  • Lead the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers, and work with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests
  • Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Product Management and administration
  • Experience and knowledge within the Lead to Quote process, Sales Operations, and integration of enterprise systems with CRMs
  • Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges
  • Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience presenting and advocating programs to internal partners and users
  • Strong communications skills, with the ability to empower and influence people without authority
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills
  • Experience with industry leading sales tools (ex. Outreach, Chorus, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Experience with the Market to Lead sales cycle and process
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Sales
  • Experience with WalkMe enablement tools
