About The Position

We're looking for a Product Manager, Salesforce and Internal Platforms to own and optimize our internal business systems ecosystem, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI, and other critical platforms that power our operations. You'll act as the Product Manager for these systems, managing the roadmap of both strategic and tactical improvements, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, meeting with vendors to ensure we’re getting the most out of the tools, and partnering with engineers and system administrators to design and deploy technical solutions.  This is a unique opportunity to apply product thinking to internal tools and platforms, working at the intersection of business operations, product strategy, and technical implementation. You'll collaborate closely with Product, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure our systems work together effectively and enable our teams to do their best work. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing business systems or internal tools in a product or analyst capacity
  • Strong experience with at least 2-3 of: Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms
  • Demonstrated understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows between platforms
  • Product management or business analysis experience with proven ability to gather requirements, prioritize, and deliver
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent credentials
  • Experience with Netsuite ERP
  • Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.)
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services environment
  • Background working across Product and IT organizations
  • Project management experience with complex, multi-system initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for our internal platform's ecosystem, prioritizing enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and strategic goals
  • Conduct user research and feedback sessions across departments to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Help define success metrics and track adoption, usage, and business outcomes
  • Balance competing priorities across Sales, Finance, and operational teams.
  • Map and document how our internal platforms integrate and share data
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for better internal platform usage and integration 
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and IT teams to design and implement integrations that ensure data flows smoothly and securely between internal tools
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT on API integrations, middleware solutions, and data synchronization strategies
  • Serve as the bridge between technical implementation teams and business stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of best practices for data entry and system usage to maintain high data quality and business utility
  • Configure and customize internal platforms to meet business requirements
  • Implement workflow automations, custom fields, reports, and dashboards
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide business insights
  • Implement a process for change management including QA and deployment practices 
  • Document system configurations, integration flows, and process maps
  • Partner with Product teams to understand system needs for customer-facing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Staffing and other teams on reporting requirements and data integrity
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools or platforms
  • Monitor system performance, integration health, and user adoption
  • Stay current on platform updates and new features across all systems
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Create training materials, lead training sessions and enable teams(and our business)to get maximum value from our tools
