About The Position

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, and performance of your product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define and execute product strategies that meet the needs of our customers and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of automotive components.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy for your product line, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor products, and emerging trends in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and improve products within the category, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and cost targets.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and reliability by setting and monitoring product specifications and conducting testing as needed.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze product performance, pricing, and profitability to make data-driven decisions and optimize the product portfolio.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer support.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product improvements.
